[Technology List]
-Name: Dominion Soldiers
-Homeworld: Arakath
-Physical Appearance: An artificial "race" of humanoid military robots, Dominion Soldiers stand 2.50m tall with a broad, powerful build. They lack conventional facial features, simply possessing an optical/infrared sensor and a speaker mounted in the center of the head. A set of microphones mounted in the head allows the reception of auditory stimuli. Cooling fans (protected from direct hits by armor plates) are mounted on the robot's back to vent excess heat. The CPU and power cells are located in the chest. Coloration varies depending on the nature of the Soldier's mission, ranging from jungle or desert camouflage to an industrial grey.
-Average Lifespan: As an artificial life-form, a Soldier is functionally immortal.
-Protean Alignment: Neutral
-Elemental Base: N/A
-Average ESPER level: 0
-Total Population: 1.53 million
+History: The Soldiers were originally created by Arakatha military engineers of the Dominion of Ekrilt to supplement living soldiers and police forces, avoiding live casualties in times of conflict. As the AI technology improved, the Soldiers began to fill more and more roles formerly filled by living troops. Though the soldiers were eventually granted sentience by their programmers, they were never acknowledged as such by society at large and continued to be treated as third-class citizens. When the Great Schism began to look like it was going to escalate to armed conflict, the Arakatha Separatists created the Usurper virus and uploaded it to the Soldier networks, hijacking their programming and turning them into blind puppets of the Separatist ringleaders. The hijacked Soldiers were used to stage a preemptive strike on the other three races of the Dominion, giving the Arakatha the upper hand in the civil war that followed. Once the dust had settled, the Usurper virus was purged as the Arakatha believed that they would revert to following orders. Unfortunately, years of oppression followed by having their free will taken away led to a revolt among the Soldiers, who proceeded to use their status as the majority of the Arakatha military to wipe the last of the race off the face of the galaxy.
+Other: In addition to their names, Soldiers are identified by rank and serial number. Serial numbers consist of a two letter code indicating place of manufacture (AR for Arakath, KT for Kri-tar, MA for Mora, and UR for Ur), a 3-digit batch number,
and a 2-digit unit number ranging from 1-12.

GOVERNMENT SHEET
----------------
-Name: Dominion of Ekrilt
-Capital: MSJCOM Headquarters, currently located on Arakath
-Member Races: Dominion Soldiers
-Current Leader: General AR059-12
-Government System: Stratocracy
-Population: 0.53 billion
+History: The Dominion of Ekrilt was established from the planetary and interstellar governments of the Arakatha, Kri-tari, Moran, and Ur'na which developed within the Ekrilt nebula on the edge of the Verion Cluster. Originally a loose alliance, the Dominion strengthened over time into a democratic government that assimilated and then ultimately replaced the governments it had been designed to join together. At the height of its power, the Dominion was a technologically advanced nation spanned seventeen systems, with healthy interstellar trade and a large fleet of warships to protect and police the trade lanes. That was all brought to an end when dissenters began to gain power in a catastrophe known as the Great Schism. The Schism saw the roots of nationalist movements among the four races which came to a head when the Arakatha used the Soldiers they'd invented to perform a preemptive strike on the other three races of the Dominion. In the wake of the war and the extinction of its original member races, the Soldiers have established a stratocratic regime and assumed control of a shattered empire.
+Military Branches: Mil/Sec Joint Command (MSJCOM)
