"So they've taken the Inner Belt's Shipyard Complex?" Hilia asked from behind her desk, "Yes, Ma'am," Admiral Christner replied, his hands clasped in front of him, "they missed their scheduled report time and we picked up quite a bit of hyperdrive activity in the area." Hilia nodded, "Excellent," she said, sitting back in her chair, "prepare the fleet for battle, if I know that Admiral Yondur, his next move will be to strike our forces here, have half the fleet remain in reserve on the dark side of Viart, if they over commit we can catch them in a vice." "Right away, Chancellor." Admiral Christner said, saluting before turning and marching out of the office.

"I'm quite well, thank you." Liana said haltingly in the Mydian's language, she had been attempting to learn their language in her off time while they had been here. Setting her briefcase on the ground beside the chair she would take her seat, switching back to Trairish and letting the translator do its work she said, "I just received a request from Ikara this morning, Chancellor Galvas and Congress wish to extend a non-military trade agreement proposal."

-Ikara- "Yes, military is one application of Exoskeletons, but they're rather useful in quite a few other fields as well." Fisar said, pushing another button to switch to a larger display of various industrial robotics, adding "Of course outside of this I'm fairly sure the heavy industrial robotics and other machinery would be of interest." Fisar just pulled his tablet from his side to check something on it before finally stating "But enough of talk of what our economies could do for each other, The major questions now is how best to set the bounds for a trade agreement. Understandably just allowing merchants free roam would allow short term gains, but the lack of regulation would fall apart. I believe we would do best having some method by which to vet either contracted merchants or individual merchants" -Que- >Construction 2x Ta'Malr Farseer Platforms (73/175) 1x Ta'Malr Farseer Platform (19/175) 55x Black Sky Pattern Mining Outpost (40/45) 12x Sak'Harl Platforms (38/50) >Shipyards Fi'Zoris (51/56) >Research Torpedo Design (14/45) Powered Armor units (4/30)

"Agreed," Fredrin said, "One possible solution is to set up an office network where merchants and businesses can apply for clearance. This would obviously need to be a jointly run office there would obviously have to be some kind of checkpoint station in Arkedeer and in the Federation Territory. Although..." he tapped his chin slightly, "it may reach the point where freighters would need to be searched at those checkpoints to prevent smuggling."

Admiral Yondur gazed at the map of the Amakilir system, they had just received word that the second half of the fleet in the inner belt was refueled and ready to depart. A few short hours and this war would be effectively over.... it was hard to believe. Finally, he tore his gaze away from the map, "Give the all clear," he said, "let's end this war once and for all."

-Ikara- Fisar gave a slight nod to say "Arkedeer can be well equipped for such duties, but a point on your end would also be suitable. I'm afraid I'm quite unsure what systems you may have that would be a valid checkpoint. An alternative is we could create some sort of deep space relay post, given our borders don't directly touch. Our engineers are more then capable of assisting in construction of such a mercantile station." Fisar gave a slight smirk as he said "Perhaps, if you possess technology for it, we could create some sort of gate linkage to better speed merchants if such an approach is taken" -Que- >Construction 2x Ta'Malr Farseer Platforms (74/175) 1x Ta'Malr Farseer Platform (20/175) 55x Black Sky Pattern Mining Outpost (41/45) 12x Sak'Harl Platforms (39/50) >Shipyards Fi'Zoris (52/56) >Research Torpedo Design (15/45) Powered Armor units (5/30)

Fredrin chuckled, "The Ventrana system can easily be equipped to handle mercantile traffic, I'll have it's coordinates sent to your ship on your return, it's about a third of the way between here and Arkedeer." with a smile of his own he added, "In time, our engineers might be able to construct a gate link directly to Arkedeer if the Ka'Sorin Command agrees to it."

Uncharted systems "east" of the Border Worlds.
The rather straightforward atmosphere of the exploratory mission was going to be shaken up soon enough. The Third Carrier Task Force arrived in on the rim of a system approximately halfway on their sweeping course towards the Nebula. While they were preparing to survey the system, who or whatever lurked out there would probably be able to pick them up, if it was advanced enough.

[Marble]The heat of re-entry made the Warden nearly blind, but the pinpoint of light racing through the atmosphere was unmistakable. A suicidal rendezvous. The Warden had seen this behavior before, but not so early in the struggle. The Warden's heatshield encompassed most of its hull, its silhouette mostly conical save for the barely protruding thrusters and subtle ridges along the surface. It was these ridges that reacted to the incoming vessel, sliding away to reveal a hidden armament. All at once, the Warden swiveled to point retrograde, thrusters flaring to their maximum output. The exposed missile tubes let loose a volley, initially in the direction from which its ship had come. Once at peak acceleration, they arced back toward the Warden, and soon passed it as it continued decelerating. In a thousand voices, the Warden spoke. "Give in to reason and you will be spared. Redemption awaits ye fallen angels." [Research and Development] TECH PENDING: 28/n TECH PENDING: 23/n

"Ah! Thank you, always helpful!" Eren said, relieved to finally see a familiar face in the form of the AI. "I'm, as you can probably imagine, very lost. Is there a place that I'm permitted to set up? I imagine I'll have attracted quite a lot of attention with my arrival," Eren continued. Really, all he needed was a place to take orders, relay them to his freighter, and receive... whatever he would get in exchange. Currency? Commodities? He hoped for commodities, he doubted Ra-Noth currency would be exchangeable at any Republic bank.

Akgata was amused. The barbarian had obviously never been in a disadvantageous position before. Would they really fire upon a ship holding hostages? Hopefully, his men below had successfully forced the rest of the barbarians out of the shuttle. Now, it was time to negotiate for a ship. "Ki-ur-ta-sh, please send those images you've created to one of the barbarian vessels. I feel like they will be as apt at logic as our captive here," Akgata said. The Primarchs would be proud. An enemy ship captured, hopefully with no shots fired, and the others driven out of the system. If the barbarians were slow to negotiate, Akgata reckoned that the power armor soldier he had dispatched would be arriving shortly.
Koirutop, the soldier in question, was jostled from his sleep as his suit's AI adjusted his course. The brief acceleration was unpleasant, but his estimated time arrival was not. Only a few more hours to go, and he would be at the enemy ship.

Whatever lurked in the system was not occupied with observation of the Corrundians. Soon enough, as sensor feeds caught up, it was evident the Corrundians had wandered into a war zone. Ships, several with battlecruiser sized signatures, were involved in the exchange of rapid velocity projectiles several AU away. They were still too distant to garner any visual details. After a few minutes of hanging around in the system, something detected the Task Force and determined that they were worth addressing. Several things, in fact. Two messages were beamed to each ship in the Task Force. One was simply an image, the visage of a bizarre creature overlayed on a red background in black, underscored by symbols in a rainbow of colors. The other was evidently more wordy, large blocks of imposing black text with a multitude of pictograms and symbols. One such pictogram's meaning was clear enough. Three triangles in formation on the edge of a stylized solar system, with an arrow pointing away.

"In general the civilian population is permitted to carry basic weapons with a permit," Fredrin said, "though more advanced and deadly weaponry is prohibited for personal ownership. Most narcotics and the such are outlawed as well as alcohol for non-medicinal uses." Glancing at Xioli he added, "Weaponizable equipment might be a bit more difficult to narrow in on a proper guideline considering a good amount of what we consider to be every day objects could probably be made into a weapon without much effort."

"Ma'am, we're receiving several images from the alien corvette." Tiva said, "Putting them on screen." Iria watched the string of images as they loaded with a scowl forming on her face. Her antennae quivering slightly she cursed to herself, "Send an image reply, and begin a countdown, tell them if they don't release the hostages immediately we will destroy them." standing up she added, "Tell that shuttle to prepare to disembark on my command, oh and fire two warning shots to show them we mean business."
A string of images would be sent to the Saji vessel the first showed the shuttle leaving with Hegrad followed by an image of the frigates leaving the system, then, immediately afterwards an image of Hegrad remaining in the Saji corvette with what appeared to be a kind of tank emptying out, as soon as the tank emptied the representations of the Saji corvettes would blink out. As soon as the images had been sent two 120cm rounds were fired, speeding close to the Saji corvette but not actually striking it and a series of radio pings would begin a countdown.

For the first time in his encounter with the barbarians, Akgata realized that he may not exert as much control over the situation as first expected. His stomach felt like it had dropped out. He began to rationalize, and whispered to himself. "Bluff, they've gotta be bluffing. But what if they're not..." Akgata did not want to be the one making the last move. "Ki-ur-ta-ish, put me on the line with the armored squad captains. It is incredibly urgent." Akgata was patched into a conference call with Tifamak and the other two commanders of power armor troops carried by the Saji corvettes.
"We have successfully taken captives from the barbarian force, but they are not cooperating. Drastic measures will be taken. Immediately prepare your squads for velocity assisted interception. Our counter strike will begin once acceleration is complete. That is all." Akgata closed the channel, and opened one with the helmsmen of his own corvette and the other two. "Set intercept courses towards the barbarian vessels, and commence acceleration in accordance to velocity assisted interception. Immediately." Soon, the three Saji corvettes lurched forwards, propelled by their nuclear engines at full burn. A minute later, the acceleration complete, Saji soldiers in power armor climbed outside the interiors of the corvettes. Once they released, their travel time would be greatly reduced thanks to the velocities of the corvettes. They waited for the word of their commander.

Uncharted System.
Holding position on the outer rim of the system, the Task Force took in the inbound flurry of information. Unknown ships of capital class, and active signs of mass and/or energy being exchanged between them. That alone was enough in Vice Marshal Ledan Bruschen's mind to hold off on moving in for survey. More data wasn't worth getting shot at. Then the messages came in. The bridge staff and the ship's AGI immediately started getting to work with UNITRANS operations, working to apply some meaning to the mass of information that had been sent to them.
The Task Force kept its wide distance as they both worked to understand the messages, and charge their wake drives for immediate exit if necessary.

"They've started accelerating, heading right for us." Wolven spoke up from his station. Iria clicked her pincers, "Well, looks like they got our message, and this is their reply." she said, "Tiva!" she barked, "Tell Eliza to return to the slipstream entry point and prepare for departure, and have Lieutenant Olson ready to copy our maneuvers, it's time to see how good these ships are in combat!" Almost as an afterthought she added, "And tell the shuttle pilot to detach and prepare for pickup, have him tell Hegrad..." she paused, "May God be with him."
In the corridor of the Saji corvette, despite the Saji soldiers' constant motions for the two Arthan soldiers to leave the shuttle they remained where they were, their weapons clenched. "I don't like this," Tiron muttered to Vivi, "the corvette accelerating? It can't be a good sign." Vivi nodded in agreement, "We'd better be ready to-" she began but was cut off by the voice the shuttle pilot in her ear, "We're pulling out! get those doors closed, now!" Vivi and Tiron acted almost immediately, dashing back into the airlock of the shuttle and crouching on either side of the door to avoid any bullets. Tiron slammed his hand against a red button and the airlock doors slid shut with a click, moments after the door had closed the shuttle would release its clamps and power up its engines in an attempt to get away from the corvette.
Hegrad heard his orders through the helmet's radio, closing his eyes he tightened his grip on his gun, opening his eyes he charged the closest of the Saji guards with their gun pointed at him, firing his rifle at the other Saji before slamming into the first one. Pulling out one of his swords he would swing at the Saji, attempting to remove his head with a practiced swing.
The Envisiak Frigate powered up its fusion drive, turning around and accelerating towards the system's star, the two Varnu frigates meanwhile would rotate their turrets almost 180 degrees around before powering up their hyperdrives, within seconds the two frigates jumped to 100km behind the closest Saji frigate, their shields up. with their turrets already rotated, it didn't take long for them to lock onto the Saji corvette, opening fire with a total of 12 120cm Railgun shells followed immediately by a wave of plasma from their projectors and beams. As soon as the lasers were locked on they would also open fire at the corvette with 8 180MW Laser beams.

While the more text-based image was relatively easy to translate, the visage-on-background message was a totally different question. The text-based image was from an entity known as "Latesi Interstellar". "Dear future / valued customer, you have caught a Latesi Interstellar asset reclamation fleet at an inopportune time. Please remain patient as the current issue is dealt with. Latesi Interstellar values the time of our customers, and this inconvenience will be considered within any future transaction." The rest of the message was a series of advertisements for Latesi products; "nanopacks", "digital companions", "organic repair systems".
It was obvious the UNITRANS system utilized by the Corrundians had failed to divine whatever deeper information hid in the shorter, visage-on-background message. "[ANTAGONIST/FOE/BELLIGERENT/FRIEND/ALLY/BROTHER/SISTER] ?? [INFRINGED/BETRAYED/INTRUDED/APPROACHED/FOUND] ?? ?? [FAILURE/ATTEMPT/SUCCESS/EFFORT] [RETURN/LEAVE/EXIT/ENTER]". UNITRANS had hardly translated the message, and the words it did make an attempt at had meaning gained from beyond what Corrundian programmers had planned for. There was something vital to understanding this bizarre language, most likely only discerned through quality time with the beings that had sent it.
=Saji=
What lay for the Arthans were not bullets. As they fled, the unmistakable sound of high electronic frequencies followed them as blinding light arced behind them. They would escape, perhaps with a few blind spots or spots singed on their carapaces. Hegrad's attempt at defeating Akgata would be much less of a success. The other guardsman in the command center winced, dropping to a knee as the round went through his thigh. Akgata took a few steps back, staggered by Hegrad's charge. He saw the sword drawn. Truly, they are barbarians. Slugs and steel. The sword did not bite flesh. Instead it deflected off of titanium, parried by Akgata's upper set of arms. Akgata raised his laser rifle with his lower set of arms, and fired from the hip at Hegrad. If the beam connected, several pulsed megawatts of power would blow chunks out of Hegrad. A split second afterwards, the pair were thrown to the ground as the railgun shells connected with the corvette.
The corvette, only lightly shielded by Saji standards, buckled almost immediately from the railgun fire. The shields dropped, one of the rounds passed through the ship's long axis shutting down engine power and kicking up a field of radioactive debris that would ineffectual impact the Arthan vessels. The round passed through the ship, vaporizing several crew members and shaking off the marines who were now flung forwards with no means of stopping themselves outside of the propellant carried in their power armor. Lasers pitted the ship heavily, loosening armor plates and knocking off any exposed equipment. As the plasma connected, the rear section of the ship melted away, forming an additional metallic component to the radioactive debris field. Still alive in the command center, Akgata yelled for his AI to give the jump order.
The marines from the other two Saji corvettes leaped. Flung forwards by the velocity of the ships they had clung to, they rapidly closed the distance between them and the now much nearer Arthan frigates. Some marines would find themselves on unavoidable overshoot vectors, requiring too much delta v to correct. A lucky portion were dead on or near target, with enough delta v left over to correct and slow themselves from being knocked unconscious or splattered on impact.

Uncharted System.
The Task Force had definitely stumbled onto a couple parties of interest here. The Vice Marshal and his crew got a laugh out of what they could understand. It was definitely out of the ordinary, by Imperial standards, for a corporate entity to attempt to market its products to strangers in the middle of a large-scale firefight. Or, simply, for them to even possess such a combat force in the first place. At least, it would be easy enough to communicate with them in a bid to establish relations and understand this whole deal.
"You have the attention of the Empire's Third Carrier Task Force, Latesi Interstellar forces. Would it be possible to direct us to your parent governing body for the purposes of establishing formal contact at this time?"
As for the more cryptic fellows, the multitude of potential meanings in the imagery they had sent was enough to confound the command cruiser's AGI, and even its best attempts at shoving the message through UNITRANS only got them so far. Without concrete evidence that this second group tolerated or didn't tolerate the Task Force's presence, and with barely anything to work on, the response that could be offered was very minimal: "Identify." Hopefully that didn't get botched in translation.

[Marble]The shuttle's systems screamed almost as loud as its engines, an orchestra of alarms, errors, and warnings. Octavius had pushed the spaceplane to its limits, and beyond. The damaged airframe was already threatening to give way, with catastrophic failure imminent at such speeds. He smiled. It wouldn't be around that much longer, anyway. The Butcher had taken the reasonable response, its missile launch eliciting yet more panicked signals from the computer. Good. Now the fun began. As his shuttle banked towards the Butcher ship, the missiles approached, fanning out. His point defense managed to disable two, before a close burst from a third shattered the lasers' optics. Aerodynamic stress worked with the shockwave, tearing off a red-hot radiator from the left wing. The radiator spewed molten aluminum, and a fourth missile locked on to it with its kill burn, the shockwave barely missing the shuttle. Four remaining missiles looped around as the shuttle overtook them, banking again to align with the Butcher's vector. One, ahead of the rest, engaged its terminal engine. Fire brought it upon the shuttle, detonating with a brilliant light. Control surfaces strained hard with the engines canting towards the left, offsetting the shift in drag as the right wing was torn free. The sixth missile was a victim of the wing's misfortune, and its own detonation sent the seventh awry. The vectored thrust had slowed the shuttle. And so the eight missile burned victorious, gaining ground on the doomed spacecraft. Octavius saw through his shuttle's electric eyes, and took in the light of the Butcher's torch. Soon, the Butcher's missile would get in range. Alas, it was too late. He tore into the shuttle's systems, disabling every safety. Coolant loops were drained, the engine nozzles closed up. Ram-scoops opened to full, gorging on the hypersonic flow as the engine cores glowed brighter, gaseous uranium pumping in faster than it could fission. A crack formed across one of the quartz chambers, just as super-chilled propellant mixed with the inbound airflow. The fission bulb melted, coming loose from its structure and burning up through the turbopump, flowing into the propellant feed. Upon contact the slush propellant changed phase, and the tank ruptured, transforming the shuttle into a mass of hypersonic debris. A most peculiar shot, for the rarest of birds. "They've taken heavy damage," Wolven said, "the entire back half of the corvette is gone." Iria nodded, "Good, what are the other two corvettes doing?" she asked, walking over to Wolven's station, Wolven turned towards one of the other screens, "They're still well out of plasma range though we might be able to do some damage with the railguns and lasers..." he frowned, then leaned forward and squinted at the screen, "What the....?" Iria leaned forward as well, "What is it?" Wolven shook his head, "I don't know for sure, but we're picking up several dozen small objects heading for us, too slow to be armaments and too small to be strikecraft...." he began typing several commands into his console, "Let me see if I can get a visual of one of them." After a few seconds one of the holographic screens would switch to a shaky optical feed of one of the objects, Iria's eyes widened, "They're trying to board us!" she shouted, straightening up, "Full power to the thrusters! steer clear of they're trajectory, we can pick up the shuttle later."
The two Varnu Frigates powered up their fusion drives, sending out a blast of radioactive material that quickly began accelerating the lightly armored frigates, their maneuvering thrusters turning the ships so their acceleration would take them out of the path of the oncoming Saji warriors. As the ships began moving away the second Varnu Frigate would send a finishing volley towards the first corvette, primarily composed of plasma though several railgun shells were also added to the mix, hopefully enough to finish it off for good.

[Marble]The Warden was quick to react, but its craft was not nearly so agile. Thrust was redirected and control surfaces fluttered, only just enough to save the powerplant and thrust bells from direct hits. The rest of the vessel caught the brunt of the impact, chunks of heatshield tearing away and becoming projectiles themselves. Propellant tanks ignited, the metallic hydrogen within bursting brilliantly, taking with it most of the structural elements of the vessel. As the spacecraft tumbled, the Warden's view changed rapidly. The command center, engulfed in molten metal and fissiles. The maintenance corridors, instantly filled with flame. Finally, it settled into a form occupying the powerplant section, mostly intact. The blast doors had sealed just in time to neuter the explosion, and little of the debris impacted. Regardless of its fortune, the Warden was placed in an awkward position. Fragmented sections of the spacecraft soared independently, no longer being braked by the engines. Some of the wake fell off, tumbling near harmlessly to the ground, while the rest continued tearing through the sky above the planet's surface. And the engine, deprived of much needed propellant, was about to lithobrake. The Warden made its decision quickly, pulling itself along the walls to an emergency equipment locker. A remnant of this vessel's past. Quickly, it equipped itself. The engineering hardsuit it was already wearing was sufficient for surface operations, but the parachute/jetpack in the locker were lifesaving. It found, as well, a pair of blades and a coilgun. Primitive, perhaps fatally so, but such was the optimism of the being the Warden replaced. As it sorted through the locker's contents, tumbling through the air, the Warden shot a thought outwards. No sensors seemed to have survived, but a few of the Warden's bodies had. Glimpsing through their eyes, the Warden managed to identify its own occupied chunk of debris. Not long until impact. Orders were dispersed among the living before it overrode the blast doors and leaped through. The jetpack flared, its minuscule thrust still managing the slow the Warden's descent enough for the parachute to take over. Reaching out again, it saw that only a pair of its extensions were equipped enough to survive. A shame. Half a dozen bodies tumbled toward Marble's surface. Three parachutes deployed. The remaining three lithobraked unceremoniously. [Research and Development] TECH PENDING: 29/n TECH PENDING: 24/n

Fredrin folded his arms, "Well, most of the civilian trade fleet is equipped with our current generation of warp drive, the current policy is to allow civilian companies access to any new generation of FTL drive... I believe it's 2 months after it first starts being used by the military. The main Civilian Aerospace Industry is currently limited in ship size to frigates, so interactions would probably be dependent on how large of vessels your government permits the civilian industries to use."

"Captain!" Ahad jerked around to the sensors officer, Riana who had just shouted, "Two dozen frigates just dropped out of FTL!" "Sound general quarters," Ahad said, trying to sound calm, "raise the shields and prepare for battle." walking briskly over to the command chair he took his seat as the battle stations siren began blaring, it wasn't like they hadn't been expecting them, but all the same.... he took a deep breath, trying to calm his nerves, "Open the channel with Fleet Command," he said to the communications officer Triana, "let's teach these Mangarans a lesson they won't soon forget!"

-Ikara- "Our own civilian industry is still building up, but for the moment cruisers and smaller corvettes make up the bulk. There is some authorizations undergoing for capital sized star liners though. Although, I imagine our primary concern should be civilian acquisition of FTL drives, considering that is a notable technology to risk sharing" Fisar just paused a second before finally saying "I'm rather unsure if there is anything specific we need to cover beyond this though. Just to reiterate as far as I understand, we've agreed that some degree of free civilian trade should be permitted, we should have some method to vet the merchants, and primary trade lane between us should be Arkedeer and...Ventrana? Although depending on stellar arrangements this may need changed for practicalities sake. Among this, there should be some regulation on civilian weaponry and narcotics. Am I missing something" -Que- >Construction 2x Ta'Malr Farseer Platforms (77/175) 1x Ta'Malr Farseer Platform (23/175) 55x Black Sky Pattern Mining Outpost (44/45) 12x Sak'Harl Platforms (42/50) >Shipyards Fi'Zoris (55/56) >Research Torpedo Design (18/45) Powered Armor units (8/30)

Fredrin tapped his fingers on his arm, "I don't think so..." he said, after a moment he frowned adding, "There is the matter of how we should deal with potential smugglers if they are caught. Probably the best solution is to detain them and their vessel and turn them over to the respective governments for trial and prosecution."

-Ikara- Fisar tilted his head to the side a little, then looked back as he said "Smugglers are a...more interesting question for how to deal with, I will admit that Ka'sorin command will not shy from putting a significantly problematic smuggler on a firing line. Generally speaking for less substantial problems, our own policy is simply to revoke them from commercial service, so it may simple do to suspend or provoke authorization for the cross-border trade if a merchant is found to have smuggled goods. Considering that will on it's own put a stop to the smuggling problem...short of if we end up with any issues in border security" -Que- >Construction 2x Ta'Malr Farseer Platforms (78/175) 1x Ta'Malr Farseer Platform (24/175) 55x Black Sky Pattern Mining Outpost (45/45) [Completed!] 12x Sak'Harl Platforms (43/50) >Shipyards Fi'Zoris (56/56) [Completed!] >Research Torpedo Design (19/45) Powered Armor units (9/30)

"Well," Fredrin said, "aside from the firing line your description of the punishment certainly seems to be quite similar to how we deal with smugglers here, though we also put them on a watch list when they are caught, to ensure they are unable to continue their smuggling through a friend or colleague."

-Ikara- Fisar just gave a slight nod, saying "Aside from more refined details, Is there anything else to cover for right now?" Fisar turned off the holographic projector before closing the briefcase, given it seemed it wasn't going to be needed any further for the moment. He did quickly add "Of course, there may be changes to this depending on needs for border security, and potentially ease of border passage between us. As I know Arkedeer is not the best positioning to try a border connection at, especially given how our gate network has expanded." -Que- >Construction 2x Ta'Malr Farseer Platforms (79/175) 1x Ta'Malr Farseer Platform (25/175) 55x Black Sky Pattern Mining Outpost (1/45) 12x Sak'Harl Platforms (44/50) >Shipyards 30x Mak'Vara IV (1/51) [15 standard shipyards, 15 battleship shipyards] >Research Torpedo Design (20/45) Powered Armor units (10/30)
