We have a full group for a 3.5 E.
The books that you will absolutely need for this are the 3 core books [Player's Handbook I, DM's Guide, and Monster Manual I], and the Complete Scoundrel [If you need a copy and Slip can't provide I can].
Books that will be optional, and I may pull from are the Complete Adventurer book, Monster Manual II, Complete Arcane, Champion, Divine, Mage and Warrior.
I can provide the sheets, has I have actual PDF versions of them. I'd like to know the best times for you guys and if you'd prefer a Steam or Skype chat.

www.dropbox.com/sh/7mnelpfpfxq6wjn/7eZ23v7CvEHas (or rather will have) the monster manuals and DM guides, however its taking time to upload. so throughout the day more books will appear in there as they finish uploading. dndtools.eu/Is a site I use rather often for reference, as it tends to have further information then SRD when it comes to feats, spells and classes.

What are the Race and Alignment restrictions? I'm planning on a CN Tiefling Sorceror, so this would be good to know.

Tiefling is OK. CN is also OK. Non-Good Alignments are the only real restriction. You'll all start out with a free level in rogue meaning that so long has you don't advance that rogue level beyond 1 you're free to multi-class i.e; A level 5 Bard/Level 1 Rogue will take no penalties to XP, but a Level 4 Bard/Level 1 Rogue/Level 1 Fighter will take a penalty has though they were a Level 4 Bard/Level 1 Fighter.

Oh hey, that's pretty damn cool. Very nice mechanic, it'll make things very interesting, and allow for some more well-rounded characters to begin with.

I'll wait until the rest of you all have a general idea of what you want to do, so I don't step on any toes. As I'm currently looking at the idea of being either a scout or caster. (now that I have a general idea of the character itself, problem is just figuring out WHAT the character is, now that I know WHO they are >.<)

Decided I might change to Kitsune Sorceror. Seems like it might be a more interesting dynamic than the idea I Had before.

Kitsune are a no-go. The races you can choose are the ones in the PH OR run a race from the MM by me. Also for the stats, I want you guys to roll 4d6 and take the highest 3 dice and add them up. Screen shot them plz.

Yes please. I have to do a lot of writing for this plot. I've already done the first mission, but there's a shit bunch more I need to write, and I won't have time to create racial stats. The only races I have that you could use that are only in Mithryn are the Zaile and Zalthan.
The Zaile are human-like people whose eyes swirl between reds oranges and blacks. They have elf racial modifiers, though like humans, their favored class is whatever their highest class is.
The Zalthan are pale human-like people whose eyes are varying shades of purples and violets. They are treated like humans when it comes to stat modifiers, but they have low-light vision up to 60 ft, and their favored class is sorcerer.

Oh yeah one more quick thing, whenever you do your sheets, make sure you do your rogue skill points first, so you're not getting 46 points to spend all at once. You're getting 40 to spend first and then six to spend second [example, results will vary depending on class and intelligence modifier.[]
