-Capital: Lismar Fleet Point (In orbit of first moon of Mogmar)
-Member Races: Isgura [Subspecies: True Isguran, Worai, Worai/Isguran Hybrid]
-Current Leader: Bungeg
-Government System: Elective Monarchy
-Population: 14.56 Billion
+History: Having been at some point during the era of confusion, the Sigari Empire is one of the longest surviving governments of the Isgura peoples. Its initial years are heavilly bloodied as it brought order and an end to the era of confusion, having fought with many ancient empires on the homeworld of Mogmar under the guidence of Galgig. A major turning point at the site of the now well known 'Society Monument' saw the Sigari empire finally unify the forces of Mogmar, sparking a resugrant popularity to reach out for something more then their own home. The resurgence in stellar discovery following the unification of their homeworld saw the establishment of the Isguran Institute for Progressive Advancement, with the IIPA as it became known discovering the basis of their FTL drive in their facilities.
Embarking for the stars the first world to be colonized was Kegmar, a rough desert world in a neighboring system that saw considerable developments and the rise of the first colony government. It was only a few short years after Ugmar was claimed, leading to the two worlds being in near constant rivalry for developments. As the empire sprawled out to the stars though it began to slow down, chogging up under the stress of maintaining control in multiple systems; However, inspite of the troubles they pushed to claim a colony on Segmar, establishing the fourth and newest of the Isguran worlds.
Only a few months after the Segmar colony was established did gate strike on the Sigari empire, their ten ruler of Galgig, who had seen the foundings and rise of the empire, finally passed away at an ever impressive age of 280, but unfortunately left the empire in frail hands. The transition of power was interupted after the four stellar territories of the empire made grabs for the throne, with each trying to push for their own canidate to take the throne. For Three generations the stellar territories have conflicted over who to push to the throne, with the suprisingly non-violent conflict resolving only recently, with a mutually agreed canidate from Galgig's bloodline accending to the throne. Over the time though the empire has decayed and become completely stagnant, leaving the new ruler with rather little functional government to operate from.

True Isguran
[-Species Sheet-]
-Name: Isgura
-Homeworld: Mogmar
-Physical Appearance: Sexually dimorphic in height, they are roughly 9'4-10'8 for Females, and 8'8-9'2 for Males. They have a light upper body, in a roughly hunched humanoid form. Their lower body is small and quickly joints to four thin legs, each leg ending in a somewhat hardened I shape. A long skinny tail between 5'1-6'1 extends from the base of their spine, it is fully prehensile and has a sharp bone tip at the end, the bone tip contains a hallucinogenic poison. They have two arms which are long and slender, each arm ending in a Six fingered hand. Each finger has a double joint at the base and three joints along the fingers length. Their head is narrow and elongated, they have a moderate snout with a rounded end; The top of the snout slopes up to the top of the head for a smoothed form, no nose is apparent and they sport two eyes set back for a wide view.
The body as a whole is covered in darkened and slightly slimey scales, with a grayish fur covering the forearms and lower legs. A series of quills runs down from the back of their head, flowing down to the base of their tail, the quills are soft and are comparable to hair. A symbiotic moss like fungus exists on their back, on both sides of their quills. The fungus operates as their respiratory system and provides additional blood filtration. They have a tiny translucent dot on the top of their heads, it is sensitive to light but provides no eyesight. Finally, their jaw is capable of only limited movement, instead having two sets of teeth capable of limited sawing motion independant of the jaw.

+History: The Isguran people have had a fairly dull history, their past being dotted with only occasional small scale conflicts between extremist groups. What is most remarkable in their history is the rather large amount of governments they have cycled through, mostly in part from the high amounts of corruption any government body they created seemed to suffer. This is exemplified by the "Era Confusion"; Repeated rises of extremist groups to power led to the most intensive part of history for the Isguran people, cumulating in more warfare in those 200 years of that era than the rest of their history combined. The Era of confusion was finally ended by the rise of the Sigari Empire which also saw the Isguran people take to the stars.
While the Sigari Empire oversaw the extention to the stars, developments on Mogmar saw an entirely new history unfold before the Isgurans, later known as True Isgurans, thanks to the accidental discovery of massive caverns in dangerous regions of Mogmar. This discovery in turn led to the uncovering of an entire Subrace of Isgurians calling themselves Worai, who had developed largely seperate from the True Isgurians. While initial contact was sparce the Worai have slowly been integrated into the surface culture, largely with a fairly open welcoming and amazement from the masses. Suprisingly little conflict or even hatred was recorded about the discovery of the Worai, although parts of the Isgurian society refuses to deal with them.
+Other:
Isguran, Worai Subrace
[-Species Sheet-]
-Name: Worai
-Homeworld: Mogmar
-Physical Appearance: Significantly smaller than the 'True' Isguarians, the Worai subrace is significantly smaller being around 6'1-7'5 on average for females and 5'6-6'10 for males. They have a light upper body in a rather straight humanoid form, supporting a somewhat exagerated ribcage with a much smaller lower body. Their lower body has four thin legs ending in a somewhat softened point, and have a long skinny tail extending between 6'-7' from the base of their spine, being fully prehensile and have an almost blade like formation of bone on the end. They have two arms which are long and slender and end in Four fingered hands. Each finger on their hands has three joints, and most joints in both legs and arms are double jointed. Worai also posess an ability to distort their joints and stretch them for additional length, allowing a Worai to add nearly a foot to their height when needed. Their head is much like a True Isgurian save for a longer snout with a sharpened point, with two small slits barely visible for a nose on the sides of the snout. Their eyes are hidden behind a transparent membrane, supporting a harder exterior to appear more like the rest of the head. They have developed two large fin like structures that extend from the back of the head, These large fin structures work similar to ears for the Worai.
Their body as a whole has a hardened skin lacking scales and posessing only a growth of fur down their backs and tail, their body has taken on an Albino coloring and is extremely sensitive to light due to their development underground. When injured they produce a mucus like substance from their skin which promotes rapid healing, along with sterilizing the injured area. They lack the quills of a True Isguran, but have also developed a symbiotic relation with a moss like fungus. Finally their jaw has developed such to have a full range of movement, but lack the limited tooth motion that other Isguarians are capable of.

+History: Worai history is largely undocumented, existing only in stories passed from parrent to child, and thus has largely been lost. What is known is the Worai subrace is the result of a forced exodus three or four millennium ago, after a massive natural disaster forced several Isguran tribes into a massive cavern network for shelter. The caverns their ancestors entered into ended up becoming sealed by the disasters at hand, the only sign of the above world being a river that flowed in from an unknown source. These caverns of a rather unprecidented scale supported notable plantlife, along with being burried deep enough in the rock to allow expansion by their ancestors.
The Initial Isgurans slowly adapted over generators to better live in the caverns, the unique breathing adaption of Isgurans allowing them to survive in caverns that would otherwise of suffered from breathable air. Attempts are remarked in tales of attempts to reach the surface, cumulating in several connections to mythical tales of 'Ghostly' Isgurans, but it is well considered none were successful to any degree. When the Surface Igurians, or True Isgurans, first breached the caverns they were met with some hostility and wearyness, being so drasticly different from what the Worai had experienced before.
Compared to their surface bretheran, the Worai were significantly behind in any developments, with tales spreading of strange 'aliens' decending from a plane of burning light. Over time though the Worai, while holding some minor hostility to the Isgurans, have taken somewhat to the Isguran culture. Their heavy adaption to an underground life though leaves them locked in underground cities, rarely visiting the surface and only then during the night, though they have been keen to take on visits to the stars with their more developed bretheran.
+Other: Worai/'True' Isguran hybrids exist; however, they usually require specialized care as normally only unfavorable traits are inherited from parrents. Exceptions to this exist but are often wrapped up in social affairs, being somewhat of a 'novelty' between both cultures, and often employed as a sense of 'fashion' statement by corporations or media companies.
